Si Meditation Refund Policy

At Si Meditation, we are committed to supporting our clients in achieving their personal and professional goals through the Si Method. Our approach is results-driven, and we stand by the effectiveness of our program. However, we understand that individual experiences may vary.

Eligibility for a Refund

A client may request a refund if they meet the following conditions:

  1. Unmet Goal or Insufficient Progress

    • The client has not reached their desired goal or made significant advancement toward their agreed-upon goal, as set during the initial program consultation.
  2. Full Program Adherence

    • At the start of the program, a set practice routine will be outlined for the client. The client must fully follow this routine as described.
    • The client must actively respond to SMS communications during the program, which serve to confirm that they are following the routine.
    • Attendance at weekly one-on-one sessions is mandatory. The client must also attend the final review session as agreed upon at the start of the program.
    • Proof of participation may be required, including but not limited to:
      • Attendance records for coaching sessions
      • Completion of assigned exercises or tasks
      • Engagement in required follow-ups
  3. Timeframe for Refund Requests

    • The request for a refund must be submitted within 7 days of program completion to be considered valid.

Refund Process

  1. Submission of Refund Request

    • The client must submit a written request via email to [Your Email Address] with details on why they believe they are eligible for a refund.
    • The request should include any supporting evidence demonstrating compliance with the program requirements.
  2. Review and Assessment

    • The request will be reviewed within 14 business days of submission.
    • If the client is found to have followed the program but still did not achieve the desired results, a full or partial refund will be granted at Si Meditation’s discretion.
  3. Outcome Notification

    • The client will be notified of the refund decision via email.
    • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days through the original payment method.

Exceptions & Non-Refundable Cases

  • Clients who did not fully adhere to the program guidelines, including:
    • Failure to follow the set practice routine.
    • Missed SMS check-ins confirming program adherence.
    • Missed weekly one-on-one sessions or final review session.
  • Refund requests made beyond the 7-day post-program period.
  • Dissatisfaction due to personal preference rather than lack of results.
  • Partial participation or withdrawal from the program before completion.

By enrolling in the Si Meditation program, clients agree to these refund terms. Our goal is to ensure that every participant gains value from their experience, and we are here to support you in your journey toward transformation.
